What format are the photos in?
All usphotostock.com photos are in JPG format.
Can I submit photos to sell?
Yes, with UsPhotoStock.com, photographers are able to upload as many photos as they would like and upon approval by copyright and quality editors, these photos can be downloaded by other users.
What restrictions are there for uploading photos?
- The photo MUST be taken by you. No exceptions. - At least 800 pixels across (but 2000 and more pixels across is preferred) - JPG files only, 8 MG max file size - Crisp clear images, well lit, good color
Do you add photos on a regular basis?
Yes. We add photos as they are taken. Click on "Newest Photos" to see the latest photos that we have posted.
Do you offer refunds?
Once your purchase is made we can not offer a refund. The reason for this policy is because we offer full access to our entire digital collection of photos and, as such, there is no way for our products to be returned. On a rare occasion we will make exceptions on a case by case basis.
Are there any restrictions on my use of the usphotostock.com photos that I download?
Yes. While usphotostock.com offers great freedoms and a wide ranges of uses, we do not allow the redistribution of our photos, or allow the use of our photos within products that are mass distributed in any type of archive format.
Is account sharing allowed?
No, sharing an account is no different than distributing our materials to others. Individual accounts must be purchased by your friends and colleagues.
How can I get credits in order to download photos?
You buy them through standard Credit Card purchase or via Paypal. It's quick and easy - and you will get your credits right away. No waiting - UNLESS you use an eCheck from Paypal. In that case you may need to wait a couple days for your eCheck to clear. We're happy to get you a few credits while you are waiting normally also. To purchase credits, you Sign Up, then log in. You'll see a large "Purchase Download Credits" link after you log in.
I used up a credit for a download but didn't get my photo - what should I do?
Contact support here. If you have made a purchase and you are not able to access photos usphotostock.com using your details, send a support request. Be aware that there is a limit to the number of times we can credit your account for failed downloads. |
